Refurnishing: While the site's current buildings are each six stories tall, one new tower will be 13 stories, and the other will be nine stories with longer-stay suites and a conference center on the lower floors.
Overall, the number of guest rooms will rise from 420 to 600.
The renovation also includes the refurnishing of guest rooms and public areas, including four restaurants, as well as the addition of two ballrooms and 300 below-grade parking stalls and 250 bicycle stalls.
